smell my feet, give me something good to eat...
Okay, not my feet but that is what I have heard the boys singing for at least a week...OYE! What an awesome Halloween weekend we had this year. It started out Friday night with my parents arriving for a visit! It was a surprise to the kids that my mom was coming too. We hung out in the Electronics department watching Ice Age 3 at Wal-Mart waiting for them to arrive. I didn't think they would recognize my dad since he has lost 96 pounds since they saw him last! They were quite surprised to see both of them! Drew said, "hey Nana, you're not supposed to be here too!" It was cute! We stayed up late talking, big surprise I know!
waiting for Nana & Pa
Saturday morning at 3:30 a.m. the big boys (Matt, my dad & Justin Call) went duck and pheasant hunting. My dad is the only one that brought one home but they still had fun. It was so yummy to eat...soaked in Teriyaki with a dollop of cream cheese and wrapped in bacon and grilled!
Mom and I took the kids to our Trunk-or-Treat at the church in the afternoon. I wanted to get our annual costume pictures and we found a fun spot in town.
Draco Malfoy & Harry Potter dueling
Draco Malfoy
Harry Potter
Aniken Skywalker
"nice" witch
The kids enjoyed a Spooky Menu for dinner! Their favorite was the brain with blood sauce, YUM!
We went out trick-or-treating on our street while waiting for the Big Boys to shower and get all the hunting stink off! My mom mentioned to the boys that she LOVES Snickers candy bars. Every time Brayden would get one, he would just hand it over to her with a smile! So cute!

Nana & Pa with the kids
The weather was amazing all day! After having a major snow just a few days before, having temps in the mid 60's was perfect! We have our route down where we can get the most loot in the least amount of time! Jenni & family joined our crew and we walked the streets. Ella and Mia were too cute as they followed the boys to the doors. It doesn't take long for kids to realize what to do to get candy! The kids were LOADED with candy and were in bed by 8:30. SUCCESS!
We're having a great time and taking a lot of pictures! Jenni took a lot of cute pictures of Ella in her costume, you can see those HERE!

Ella's costume turned out great! The boys played their characters well. I'm so glad you're having fun with mom and da.
Morley looks so much like Harry Potter. Great job on Ella's costume! How fun to have your mom and dad for Halloween!
I'm not a big Harry Potter fan, but looking at those boys they sure resemble the characters!
Such fun costumes and pics of the kids...with M&D too!
Great job on the costumes. You looked cute too! Fun that your parents could be there for Halloween!
