the big PAR-TAY

4 boys + Nerf Gun war + food + movie theatre = "AWESOME" par-tay.

Or so I am told be the aforementioned four boys.

Morley's friends MADE him open his gift before their Nerf Gun War.

oh. my. word.

Then it was time for WAR!  One friend wasn't able to come at the last minute which made Drew SO happy!  He will totally willing to be a sub!  I dropped them off at our park and they went to TOWN!

after a few hours, Matt picked them up.  He said they are all red faced, sweaty and having a great time.  They arrived at home to find hot pizza, IBC Cream Soda, Sun Chips and birthday cake!

When they were done inhaling food, Matt took them to see the new Pirates of Caribbean movie!  They even took some of our pirate costume stuff for a fun picture...but the memory card in the camera Matt took malfunctioned.  DANG!

Phew, I am so glad Mr. Morley had a wonderful time with is friends!!

We had a great time surprising Morley with his birthday gifts on his birthday!  It is really getting tough buying gifts for older children!!  Let's see, his requests were...a cell phone, iPod touch, and his own laptop.  Can you say, um, NO??

When he finally got his head on straight and traveled back to reality he gave me a few ideas.  I think we made him a happy boy!!

* Jimmer shirt, Blake Griffin jersey, Ray Allen jersey, cowboy boots and...

my stylin' son!

golf clubs.  They are new to him and he loves them.

He needs a bigger golf bags to haul them around but he's in heaven regardless.

Warm summer days spent on the golf course are in his dreams!
