We hit the road bright and early on the 2nd, headed to Rexburg, Idaho for a HALEY family reunion. It was a long drive and I wasn't sure we would ever escape Wyoming. Of course we made our traditional stop at Little America for their $.50 cones. Before we could leave Wyoming we HAD to stop at a fireworks stand for our stash for the 4th of July. The boys all brought their own money to spend and we left with quite a loot. We pulled into Rexburg around dinner time and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. I had to snap a picture of the temple too, it is gorgeous up on the hill. The boys slept in the tent trailer in the driveway, Matt and I in a tent in the front yard and Ella was spoiled with a sleep over with Uncle Vince and Auntie Kalee!
Wednesday morning Matt, Brayden and Vince left early for fishing. Shocker. They had a good time together. I ran errands, Ella had her hair cut at the beauty college and then took them to the water park in town. It was SO nice to just sit and relax, enjoy the sun and let loose some energy that was stored up on the drive in their bodies. When we were all tuckered out we hurried home to change so we could meet up with Grace and Michael at Smith Park. She is so cute pregnant and she is due at the end of July. We loved catching up with them. Then it was time for a delicious Thai dinner, Matt's favorite. We ate and ate while we waited for the rest of the Haley clan to roll into town.
We're excited for the festivities Vince has planned for us. It is going to be a fantastic reunion!

The BEST place for a reunion! You should have waved as you drove by us. :)
